• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — applicable wagering requirements must be met first

• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

Members who wish to close their account must contact the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
